Opening times

Please note we close each day between 12:30 and 13:30. If you feel your request is urgent between this time, you can stay on the line and your call will be answered. If the request is not urgent, you will be asked to call back at 13:30. Online Triage remains open during this time.

Whilst our Roebuck branch closes at 12:00 Tuesday to Friday for Bedwell Medical Centre, it remains open until 18:30 each day. Tuesday to Friday afternoon Stevenage South PCN use the Roebuck branch to carry out specific services for patients in SSPCN. SSPCN consists of; Bedwell Medical Centre, King George Surgery, Knebworth and Marymead, Shephall Health Centre and Symonds Green Health Centre.

Saturday appointments:

We also offer GP appointments every other Saturday morning and Nurse appointments once a month. These are both by appointment only.

Please note; we close for 1 hour (12:30pm to 1:30pm). There will be a bypass number for urgent concerns during this time.
