The Practice Managers are responsible for the day to day running of the practice ensuring that the right systems are in place to provide high quality of patient care. We are always striving to deliver the best possible service. We encourage and welcome feedback and will carefully consider any suggestions you have for improvement in the standard of care we offer.

Administration

Our admin team play a vital role in the running of the practice, they are your link to navigate you towards the correct healthcare worker or service you require. They will need to obtain information from you to enable them to do this so please oblige, the more information you provide the better. Our admin staff consist of four hardworking departments: Admin Team, Medical Secretaries, Reception Team and Repeat Prescribing Team.

External Staff

We also have a list of external staff that provide a service to our patients, but are not managed by Bedwell. They include Dietitians, Midwives and Phlebotomists.

Medical Education

Medical Education - training tomorrow's clinicians We are a training practice, which means that we will have doctors embarking upon a career in general practice working here, under close supervision, for either four months or a year. They are fully qualified doctors with experience in a variety of hospital specialities. They join our practice to gain experience in family medicine. At times during training, video equipment will be used to record the consultation for the purposes of training the doctor. You will be asked prior to the consultation if you are comfortable with this and your wishes will always be respected. This material is always treated confidentially and deleted after use. We are also accredited by University College London Hospitals Trust ( UCLH) to have medical students. We very much hope you will not mind their input; they are enthusiastic and bring fresh ideas. We also have student nurses that train with us, to get further experience. You will always be asked, before your consultation, if you are happy to have students/ trainee clinicians sitting in on your consultations. They will respect your privacy and your wishes.
