As part of the NHS initiative to ‘go paperless’ we have recently reviewed our internal and external processes for the management of correspondence, both between patients and between staff/ external organisations.
From 1st January 2025 we will be sending all invites for chronic disease management and other annual review invites via text message or email.
We have already started to send our referral information electronically.
If you have an accessible need for information to be sent you in another format, please contact the Reception Team who will pass your query onto our Administration Department who will contact you for further information.
