This site is updated daily.  Please be aware the online booking system and the 24 hour booking service to enable patients to book their own appointments has temporarily been removed. This is to minimise any risk to patients and staff in coming into contact with coronavirus.  We apologise for the inconvenience but hope all our patients will understand the rationale behind it.  Both these facilities will of course be returned to normal as soon as it is felt safe to do so.  Please bear with our reception staff who will now be asking our patients when they call if they have travelled to China, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Japan or other South Asian countries in the past 2 weeks or within 2 weeks of getting unwell.  This is to minimise any further risk of spreading.  Thank you very much for your understanding.


Our Bedwell Site is currently undergoing some building works to update the surgery, these started on 03.12.19 and are anticipated to be completed by the end of MARCH 2020. During this period there will be a certain amount of unavoidable disruption but we are doing our best to limit this so please bear with us.

Practice Management

Mrs Allison Seymour & Ms Abi Suckling are joint Practice Managers

The Practice Managers are involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The Practice Managers support the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.


We have a team of hard working Administrators who work behind the scenes to ensure all correspondence/documents are processed accurately and efficiently.

All of our Administrative team are fully trained and all details are kept in the strictest of confidence.


Our Receptionists have a difficult job to do but are always here to help you. When booking your appointment you may be asked a few details to help the receptionist assess the urgency of your request, which in turn enables the doctor or nurse to deal with your problem efficiently. Please do not be offended by this, as all details are kept in strictest confidence and all our reception staff are trained accordingly.


We have a small team of hard working Medical Secretaries who ensure referrals, patient queries etc. are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

All of our Secretarial team are fully trained and all details are kept in the strictest of confidence.
